Multiple cases

I was charged with multiple cases and Nathan handled everything with the court(s) and the DA comfortably and professionally. He managed to get multiple charges dropped and got me a deal that was better than I even asked for. I highly recommend him.

Nice guy but will cost you more in the long run

I hired Nathan for a family law case and ended up losing big time. I've been reviewing the court documents and there were so many things added into judgment that Nathan should have advised me against agreeing with and signing. I brought up several concerning issues about the other parent and Nathan ...told me not to bring them up in court. In hindsight I wish I had paid more for a lawyer that would have actually fought for me and got it right the first time rather than having to go back to court again to fix the issues w/the CO. If it really matters pay for someone with a reputation of being the best.

Could NOT ask for better!

Nate is as professional, compassionate and honest of an attorney as anyone could ask for. I have very little faith in the 'system' and Nate understood that. He guided me through the process, didn't pull any punches and my outcome was as successful as we could have hoped for.

Nice Guy, But Lacks Passion and Experience and Passion

I recently hired Nate to defend me in a criminal case. Frankly. He is courteous, pleasant, and very likeable and I'm sure a great family man. Unfortunately, those qualities are not always what we need when going toe to toe against the DA in Washington County. I found that we were constantly at a dis...advantage and I was ill informed of my options most of the time. My professional background working in for various Fortune 50 companies over the course of the last 20+ years has exposed me to many different legal confrontations mostly with very positive outcomes for my employer. In retrospect, I wish I had invested more energy vetting for my personal defense. In retrospect, I wish I had followed my instinct at the consult which told me to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, shame and depression of the criminal charges against me led me down the path of least resistance.
