Mr Durham was completely uninterested in fighting for me in my criminal case. Almost hostile in his disinterest to the point that I became kind of intimidated to call. He was never available via phone and only returned one of many phone calls. He did not want to meet in person to discuss my case or d...evelop a strategy on a felony case. He told me we could just discuss the details of the case over the phone and that coming in wasn’t necessary. Always was impatient sounding on the phone. He had no strategy to win the case and though he considered it ‘weak’, never once made me feel confident that I had a chance. Told me that I could look forward to two years of a drawn out case—or just get probation. Appalling experience. Beware.
