Lance R Clark

While this review is well overdue, and I will admit that at the time I hired Mr. Clark that I was very young and naive. In fact, I was so ignorant about law and my rights that I actually had the nerve to accuse Mr. Clark of not doing a good enough job even though he massively aided us to prevail in t...he matter. Here I sit, nearly 3 years later and oh how I wish I hadn't been so completely stupid. I have reviewed an audio recording of our administrative hearing, and I am absolutely floored as to what an outstanding job he did ripping the opposing party apart during the trial. I now know from experience and countless hours of legal research, in addition to speaking to nearly every attorney in this state (some even twice by mistake), just trying to find someone to aid and assist us in this matter. I can assure any potential clients that hiring Mr. Clark is your absolute best bet. He will fight for you and win. But do NOT offend him afterwards, or else you will risk losing him forever. In our situation it is extremely unfortunate, especially since our matter that is dependent on his excellent and affordable representation is now a subject matter in a Federal case that we are dealing with completely Pro se due to extreme mistakes made by another attorney we hired. Nevertheless, I am confident that once our recorded hearing is submitted in as evidence, if we survive the presently pending motion to dismiss/summary judgement, we will at least make it to trial.... Anyway, to some this review up, again I will reiterate. Mr. Clark is fighter and a winner. His composure is cool, calm, and collect, yet direct, straightforward and could come across as intimidating to the opposing party (which is obviously a great quality.) I can only pray that there might be someway that we can somehow win back the valued, highly skilled expertise that Mr. Clark has to offer. I imagine he is much more expense these days, and obviously for good reasons... since he is the best attorney I have ever even encountered let alone met in my entire life. Fortunately, we can now actually afford his full services. If they are anything remotely like we experienced before, I can only imagine how incredible he is now. THIS guy is the REAL underdog lawyer. Even considering hiring anyone else is a true waste of any potential clients time. HIRE MR. CLARK. Believe me. You won't be disappointed.

I had an issue with a landlord, which he I think he is doing more work with employers, property and several other things I forgot and it has been a while, this was about eight or nine months ago. Anyway, I am very very grateful, my wife and i are and were not doing too good, our landlord was attackin...g us unfairly and because of this lance agreed to help us out, worked very hard for us and will call him for anything, for his solid advice first as long as I am living in the area.

Mr. Lance Clark represented me in a complex civil case that involved many facets that were difficult for me to sort out in my head let alone on paper. Lance guided me through the legal separation of each matter in my case, taking my various forms of information and compiling a complete and articulat...e case. In the proceedings he presented my case professionally and guided me through each point effectively. I highly recommend Lance for legal matters and would use him again should the need arise.

Lance is a great Lawyer and helped us in a recent Criminal case. He is very caring and really takes the time to understand his clients and their case. Lance took extra time to review case law and helped us really get to the heart of the case. He works well with other attorneys and is respected by the... local judges.
