Mr. Gavin is proud to be a managing partner of Foos Gavin Law Firm, P.C. He concentrates his practice in employment law, focusing on employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Mr. Gavin has a wealth of experience representing thousands of clients in claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
While Mr. Gavin represents mostly employees, he also handles the firm’s employment defense cases. This allows him to continually hone his practice by learning how to think about a case from the defense side. Such an outlook has enabled Mr. Gavin to achieve multiple six-figure awards for his clients.
In addition, Mr. Gavin regularly represents employees before the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
