Biography
Riccardo Ippolito has been an attorney practicing in San Jose, California for the past twenty five years. He joined fellow practitioner Patrick Valencia in 1997. Together they formed Valencia & Ippolito. Currently, Valencia & Ippolito limits its practice to Criminal Defense. This includes representation in matters such as Domestic Violence, Drunk Driving, Narcotics, Sex Offenses, Three Strikes cases as well. In 2010, Cameron Bowman joined the firm, now known as VIB Law. Since then, VIB has handled very high profile cases. Mr. Ippolito has been on the six o'clock new as well as various newspaper articles relating to the cases he has handled. VIB Law has a new address that boasts of 4,300 square feet and an investigator on sight. This helps expedite interviews with potential exculpatory evidence that can be vital to a good defense. Mr. Ippolito has published videos relating to investigations into sexual assault cases as well as wrote a book on how to advise people faced with this situation.
