SANDRA SALTRESE-MILLER, an experienced immigration attorney, has fought for the rights of immigrants for twenty years. She has represented scores of clients in immigration court and federal court. Before opening her own immigration law firm, she was the supervising immigration lawyer at one of Denver’s most well established nonprofit immigration clinics, where she defended indigent immigrants against deportation. This tough immigration lawyer also specializes in appellate litigation both in immigration law and criminal matters.
She filed the first Violence Against Women immigration case in Colorado. She co-counseled the first constitutional challenge against the government’s restrictive immigration legislation in the Tenth Circuit Appeals Court. See Jurado-Gutierrez v. Gonzalez. This talented immigration lawyer successfully litigated the first illegal disclosure asylum case in Colorado, where she halted deportation of asylum seekers whose asylum materials were illegally disclosed to their country of origin. Ms Saltrese-Miller also specializes in professional visas for scientists, artists, and academic scholars.

Ms. Saltrese Miller represented me in court. It was my first time in court and I was extremely nervous. I retained and paid Sandra Saltrese-Miller an INS attorney who abused the funds and never filed any paperwork with INS. This has also happened to my husband and I advise fellow immigrants to be careful when signing any contracts with this attorney as you could face the same consequences
It is unfortunate that you believe your case did not go the way that you wanted. I have helped countless clients obtain their goals.

I have consulted Ms. Miller on several occasions and have always been impressed by her knowledge of the law. Although I have usually consulted her about immigration law, her expertise is not limited to that domain. She listened attentively to me and whenever she did not immediately know the answer ...

"I endorse this lawyer. Sandra is one of the toughest and smartest lawyers I know. She continuously finds windows of opportunity and prevails on seemingly impossible cases. Her record of success in Immigration Court, with the Board of Immigration Appeals, in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and with the United States Citizenship and Immigration is proof that once she accepts a case she will fight until justice prevails. It is an honor to work with someone with such wisdom and spirit. If I had a tough Immigration case I would rely on Sandra without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Sandra has been an asset to the legal community for over 20 years. She is a true professional in the area of immigration."
