Biography
SANDRA SALTRESE-MILLER, an experienced immigration attorney, has fought for the rights of immigrants for twenty years. She has represented scores of clients in immigration court and federal court. Before opening her own immigration law firm, she was the supervising immigration lawyer at one of Denver’s most well established nonprofit immigration clinics, where she defended indigent immigrants against deportation. This tough immigration lawyer also specializes in appellate litigation both in immigration law and criminal matters.
She filed the first Violence Against Women immigration case in Colorado. She co-counseled the first constitutional challenge against the government’s restrictive immigration legislation in the Tenth Circuit Appeals Court. See Jurado-Gutierrez v. Gonzalez. This talented immigration lawyer successfully litigated the first illegal disclosure asylum case in Colorado, where she halted deportation of asylum seekers whose asylum materials were illegally disclosed to their country of origin. Ms Saltrese-Miller also specializes in professional visas for scientists, artists, and academic scholars.

Review
I retained and paid Sandra Saltrese-Miller an INS attorney who abused the funds and never filed any paperwork with INS. This has also happened to my husband and I advise fellow immigrants to be careful when signing any contracts with this attorney as you could face the same consequences
