SARAH FAVILLE, fluent in Spanish, is a tough, energized and compassionate Denver immigration lawyer, who provides zealous representation for non-citizens. She specializes in removal defense and her sub-specialty is representation of citizens of Central America. Her philosophy is tenacity and preparedness.
Ms. Faville has extensive experience in all aspects of immigration litigation, removal defense, and is an expert on Temporary Protected Status and U visas for crime victims. She has had the honor and privilege of representing and prevailing in a former slave case from a sub Saharan country.
Ms. Faville was recently featured on Univision television where she was interviewed in Spanish regarding one of her client’s plights.
She holds an undergraduate BA in Speech Communications with Minor in Women's studies with a Magna Cume Laude from Miami University, Ohio, 1994.

She lived in Ecuador (2001-2002) and was assistant director of the German based non-governmental organization "Foundation Human Nature" which worked with rural communities in the coastal rainforest. "I was mainly in charge of working with the communities to identify needs and then finding and writing international grants; my best project was working with local midwives to ensure that their knowledge and traditions were passed down to the next generation."
