Robert E. Nuddleman, Esq., is the principal attorney at Nuddleman Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Nuddleman represents businesses and employers in Federal and State court as well as proceedings before the California Department of Industrial Relations (Labor Commissioner), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. A main focus of Mr. Nuddleman's work is in wage and hour claims, and claims of sex, race, age, disability or pregnancy discrimination and/or harassment. not pleasant
Consulted , felt like interrogated, and scolded by a lawyer of the company I have an issue with. And I have to pay him for the insult.

Replied last October 16, 2020I am so sorry you felt interrogated and scolded. That is never my intent. I try to empathize with my clients and analyze their issues in an understanding way. Sometimes I will ask questions the way the other side will ask questions because evaluating a client's ability to respond to harsh questioning can be important when evaluating whether someone can withstand the rigors of litigation. Just the same, that doesn't excuse creating an environment where you felt insulted. Obviously, I failed you and I offer my sincere apology.
