not pleasant

Consulted , felt like interrogated, and scolded by a lawyer of the company I have an issue with. And I have to pay him for the insult.

Robert Nuddleman

Replied last October 16, 2020

I am so sorry you felt interrogated and scolded. That is never my intent. I try to empathize with my clients and analyze their issues in an understanding way. Sometimes I will ask questions the way the other side will ask questions because evaluating a client's ability to respond to harsh questioning can be important when evaluating whether someone can withstand the rigors of litigation. Just the same, that doesn't excuse creating an environment where you felt insulted. Obviously, I failed you and I offer my sincere apology. If you would like to contact me to discuss this, I would be happy to refund the money for the consultation.

Exceptional Attorney

Robert has proved time and again to be an exceptional legal counsel. He has very high integrity, is always well informed of the law, responds quickly to questions, and has provided excellent counsel on numerous thorny and complex issues. He helped resolve, and got us out quickly of a long drawn out (...and costly) legal battle where only the previous attorneys were winning!

My go to Lawyer!

Robert has been my lawyer for a few years now and I can't imagine getting through HR issues without him. When I reach out to him, he responds back quickly, and efficiently, He is always able to give me the pros and cons to any of my situations. From helping set-up my employee handbooks to guiding me ...through legal issues, he is always supportive and sets my mind at ease knowing he has my back. I recommend him to all my business friends. I greatly appreciate the random HR law updates he sends just for informational purposes.

Consultation

I met Robert for 30 minutes. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable in Employment law. He was attentive and asked many pertinent questions to get the details on the situation. In fact, he pointed out the areas I overlooked about my employment that could have provided me monitory benefit. ...He provided the guidance. After talking to him I decided to have him take care of the issue. Amazingly, I got the results very next day. Thank you Robert. We recommend him to anyone who needs the clear guidance in employment issues.

"Robert is an excellent attorney. Not only does Robert have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of employment law on which to base his recommendations to clients, but he is proactive with clients. Robert works with clients to resolve issues and find solutions before litigation starts. If litigation is needed, Robert aggressively represents clients while still leaving the door open to settling when fair settlements are possible. This allows his clients to rest assured that Robert is not only looking out for the client's best interests, but that they get the best possible resolution of their problems with or without going to court."
