When in trouble, call Gorelick

Ms. Gorelick is experienced (FYI, her father was a DUI lawyer too!), competent, respected, and most importantly, selfless. During our initial phone call, first thing she said after hearing about my ridiculous night - "Do not hire an attorney." She went on to explain exactly how the case will be thr...own out and it happened exactly how she predicted. I was still nervous and skeptical naturally, so I retained her immediately (As Other lawyers wanted to go to court and charge me high fees in the name of "profit" and "greed"). I paid her the minimum fee to monitor the case even though she repeatedly told me that I do not need an attorney for my case. DMV case was thrown out immediately. Speaking of DMV, you know Lynn is the best when the DMV agent says that Gorelick is the best, objective, and an exceptional negotiator. Court case was thrown out as well few months after expected. Throughout the process, I annoyed the heck out of Ms. Gorelick, I even got angry at the system, but she was patient with me. I will point out that Ms. Gorelick is very calm and objective. So, yes, at times, it may appear that she is not energetic but I believe that's just the wisdom she has gained working with her father for a long time and then becoming a lawyer herself. She has seen millions of such DUI cases and other worse criminal cases - So I can see why she can be so calm. That said, her calmness is her strength, not her weakness. Thank you for giving me support through this process and saving my professional license and career. I had too much to lose. However, in a way, I'm glad that incident occurred, because I am re-evaluating, resetting, and implementing my priorities in life. "All the adversity I've had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me... You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you." Thank you, Ms. Gorelick.

Lynn was fantastic to work with

I was referred to Lynn from a friend's lawyer and I'm very happy I ended up working with her. I didn't end up going to court once as she took care of everything for me after our initial meetings and conversations. She also was able to win my DMV hearing for me which saved me from having to lose my li...cense or install a breathalyzer in my car. This was my first experience with a lawyer so I don't know how much they usually cost but this was worth every dollar regardless. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone with a lot of experience and confidence in her ability to win your case.

Amazing

Words cannot explain the gratitude I have for Lynn and her legal team. When I was arrested for a DUI, I felt my world came crushing down. Then I spoke with Lynn and she has such a big heart and is such a caring person. She fought tooth and nail for me and My case was dismissed. She is an amazing Lawy...er and I would recommend her to anyone going through the same thing. Truly amazing work!

She's the one.

Well hell, if your reading this, you are mostly likely in a little bit of trouble. It sucks, and its hard, and its going to take a long time to work it out. There is help out there. About two years ago I was in an accident where I was driving too fast to impress a friend and ran into a parked car...... It was a dumb move for sure, but don't let my stupidity keep you from reading on, let it fuel you. A few minutes after my friend and I got out of the car and found there were no injuries, I was promptly given a once over by a law enforcement officer and arrested for a DUI. I was terrified. After a horrible night, it was 10:00 in the morning and I had just gotten out of Santa Rita jail. I called my parents and broke the news... luckily they told me the very first thing to do was contact a lawyer. Like yourself, I found myself doing Google searches and found this website. I looked for the highest rated Lawyers and called them all. Most were helpful, but I had no idea what I was doing... ...Then Jason answered the phone when I called Lynn's office. He was one of the most compassionate and understanding individuals I had ever spoken with. He spent nearly an hour with me. He listened carefully to my story and proceeded to tell me all about what was going to happen, what needed to happen before that, and how to get on with my life in the meantime. He inspired confidence in me, and helped me understand that this situation had not instantly ruined my life. I needed that so much. Soon after, I spoke with Lynn, who was fascinated with my case. See, my job is to fix vehicles and then test drive them, so being able to continue driving was absolutely vital to me maintaining my employment. Lynn understood this and was determined to help me reach an outcome that helped me keep my license. Countless hearings came and went. Lynn was there to instruct me on each piece I was to be involved in. She was patient with me the whole way and helped me to be comfortable when it was my time to testify. As afraid as I was of the process, she did her best to prepare me and give me the confidence I needed to get in there and tell my side. Our case took a very, very long time to conclude. Lynn was determined to finish our DMV hearing first to secure my driving privileges as best possible. About 20 months into the case, She won my DMV hearing. My license was reinstated. About two months later, she got me the most favorable outcome I could have hoped for on my DUI. My charge was reduced to a Wet Wreckless with a manageable fine, standard court probation and 12 hour DUI class. I could hardly believe it. I can still hardly believe it. She's good. A couple of points I want to make. 1. She is expensive. More so than many of the other lawyers out there. However, she also saved me thousands of dollars in fines, classes, devices, etc. 2. She is patient. This basically means she is going to take things slow in your case. I cannot speak to all lawyers, but your case is most likely going to be ongoing for over a year. 3. Speaking of taking things slow, you may lose faith. You may think "How is it possible that after all this time she still has any interest in my case?"... She does. After 20 months of continuing and waiting, she picked just the right moment and struck. Did I mention shes good? I just want to say thank you to Lynn, Jason, and the rest of the staff that makes this operation work. You guys all do an incredible job and I will never forget what you have done for me.
