I received an RFE on my K Visa petition and had to get into the market to research which Immigration Attorney I need to zero on to handle the RFE successfully? It’s quite a daunting task, as there are so many in the close proximity of Bay Area. I was on a 12-month OPT after graduating with my masters degree in petroleum engineering.
