I am an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney and Litigator. We offer the debtor and homeowner a full array of services, including mortgage modifications, short sale representation, foreclosure defense and Bankruptcy representation.
We also have a practice dedicated to helping the disabled secure their Social Security Disability benefits.
My professional background includes acting as an intern and then Clerk for a State Supreme Court Justice, an Assistant District Attorney, a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and in-house counsel to my alma mater,CornellUniversity.
We serve the communities surrounding Westchester and Onondaga counties in the State of New York.
