I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my case as well as with my experience working with Mr. Chiang. First, he explained all the options and possible outcomes of my case to me in some detail before I hired him. I found him very straightforward and honest and I ultimately went with him because he gave me the best understanding of my situation over the other lawyers I spoke to and I trusted him. During the 4 months Mr. Chiang represented me I always felt well informed, knew what would come next and felt confident he was doing everything possible to provide the best outcome for me.
Mr. Chiang, with my approval hired an excellent expert witness for the DMV hearing. The expert witness testimony along with Mr. Chiang's detailed attack of the sobriety checkpoint procedures resulted in a successful set-aside so that I avoided license suspension.
Mr. Chiang then filed a motion to suppress evidence with the court based on the same procedural irregularities he noted from the sobriety checkpoint discovery. This placed the burden of proof for the legality of the checkpoint on the DA and through negotiation based on this challenge a plea bargain agreement was achieved with my approval reducing my charges from a DUI to a dry wreckless. This was quite acceptable to me. I also know that if the plea bargain deal had not been reached that Mr. Chiang was well prepared to really fight for me in the courtroom. He was confident and aggressive. I would hire Mr. Chiang in an instant if another need presented itself. I highly recommend him and I am fortunate to have had him represent me.

Peter is a great lawyer. He helped my dad out in a DUI and would not give up fighting the DMV Administrative Per Se suspension. In court, he was able to set the case for trial and all ready to go. The persecutor offered a dry and also avoided the DMV suspension. My dad told Peter he'd take it and not take a chance with 12 clowns deciding his fate. I'd recommend Peter to anybody who gets in trouble with the law. My dad loves him. You won't be disappointed. Thanks, Peter.
