Fake lawyer

The first day I meant him I thought he was a good lawyer and was very happy but when we started to talk right away he convicted me and told me to take the deal because I was going to lose he did not want to hear my side of the story he pretty much was convinced with the evidence and told me to take t...he deal cuz I had no chance of winning. Every time I try to explain he told me to slow down and calm down and pretty much shut up I thought attorney was supposed to defend you regardless if you're guilty or not he was supposed to be on my side but I felt like he was the D.A. scan using public defender and I am not paying him no money out of my pocket but he chose this job and new that he was not going to get money from the clients that he would be on a pay salary so why take a job and not help the clients he is the worst lawyer I have ever had and I'm working I'm getting a different public defender Wesley you should be ashamed of yourself and maybe find a different job maybe on the DA

I hope this gets to you W.Chang and to whoever matters.

Inhad the unfortunate luck in getting assigned this ...well you decide what should be used to describe this jerk so quickly .. i get busted for a meth pipe found in toilet of a motel 6 i was at with a gf. im being charged with paraphenelia, under influence, possesion for what was supposedly found f...loating in toilet water, and destruction of evidence. my lawyer telld me i am in trouble cause ofI'm the dest of evidence charge and offers no hope to whete i even say " well they found the god partical yday" as to encourage what should be hope and a plan for how to argue the case. he got into a hissy fit and thos led to my asking for policr report to point im only able to speak with him till im following him to his car and the lil guy makes me feel like im stalking him. well ok so i know in my heart that the girl i was with was scared and that oolice had put her against me and so three months into case Chang tells me to find girl and bring her yo court and evem tells me to repeatt three times while we are in back bubble if court room " im going to find "female name". im completely baffled but i tell him i trust him although id love to read police report which he promised for months id be getting in email... well evemtually he just sisappeared and was reassigmed and a new lawyer came in and eventually told me it was because of girl that i was being charged at all. it was NO suprise and i eventually pled to under influence and paraphemelia although no lab results ever were produced after about 12 months of going to court. HE WAS MESSING WITH ME CAUSE HE THOUGHT I WAS GUILTY AND HE HAD INFO I DIDNT KNOE ABOUT. EOTHER THAT OR HE COMPLETELY DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE CASE(AND I DOUBT THAT) . despite my opinion its a fact that he makes for the worst lawyer one can be. i dont know if he is still practicing but i sure hope not. tjetes one thing i know for sure as a man. i ask good questions. i ask politely and have decent manners. when a question i ask isnt answered to my satisfaction its usually not because i am asking wrong, or to needy , or ignorant. i know public defenders are put thru the ringer and i cant understand what motivation keeps them defending indigent clients by the hundreds weekly, but Wesley Chang went out of his way (not more than on my court dates tho) to just mislead and have personal grudge with me but did ot while i was aware and asking him questions that he didnt even care to hide as sabatoge. he knows what im talking about and knows he deserves to br disbarred. if he hasnt already.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. I have had the pleasure of attending a week long trial skills legal seminar with Wesley. Wesley brought so much to this course. He is most personable in nature but extremely aggressive in tackling legal issues. Others in this course became better lawyers because of his knowledge, positive attitude and work ethics. He is a tremendous asset to our profession. Wesley is an outstanding attorney and counselor at law."
