Dui

I do not recommend any attorney unless he friend whit the judge if you got a dui just go straight to public defender they will do better then a private one plus you will save all the money and pay the fines when I was at the court to enroll in to the program a guy was waiting and he got 3 dui whit pr...obation no license and his fines and school and community service was less then me and he got a public defender mr. levy have to many clients that he dint even have time to look at my case and how I find that out cause the judge was telling them well none of you guys mention that he was on probation. But if you want to spend the money just like I did good luck

Hey Omar, Call me tomorrow, let’s chat. As you know I can’t control the facts of the case, I can file a Motion to suppress evidence (attacking the stop and the arrest), I can subpoena the reports, body cam, calibration records and fight tooth and nail but I can’t control how the judge rules. Very thorough and professional

I could not have asked for a more knowlegeable or tenacious defense attorney for my case. He explained everything to me during the court process and was never rude or condescending. Very down to earth and hard working attorney.

Hire this man!

Scott made sure we understood every aspect of the case, what we needed to do, how to navigate the system. In court, Scott was brilliant at paying attention to testimony and adjusting the case to meet what was said. He dealt with us carefully, kindly, with compassion and forthright honesty. Excellent attorney

I had a very serious traffic citation and Scott Levy was the first person I called. Because I’d never dealt with this serious of an criminal issue, I had no idea what to expect. Scott went through the how the court system worked and explained it clearly to me. I hired Scott as my attorney and I am s...o glad I did. He has a wonderful staff that is always there to help you too.
