As a Top Rated Fresno area Criminal Defense, DUI attorney and expert witness I have been very pleased with the resutls of my efforts.  I have embraced the education and hard work that is required to excell in my profession.  The results and recognition of my peers and the relevant society have followed. 

I recieved my M.S. Forensic Toxiclogy, M.S. Ed Counseling, and M.S. in Forensic Science Degrees and become the 6th ACS-CHAL Lawyer-Scientist in the state of California.  I'm sure there are more to follow, but it is an elite accomplishment that assists my clients with their DUI defense.

I was raised in rural Fresno County.  The small town of Caruthers was home to me, and I learned hard work as a young child, even working on the family farm, picking grapes, and cutting firewood as a child.  Those work ethics helped me become successful, and taught me that if I didn't want to do hard physical labor for low pay, I had better get an education.  My father valued education, teaching at Laton H.S., Reedley H.S., and Hanford H.S. during his over three decades in education.  His work ethic and belief in education has been passed down, and become a key to my success.

I worked in various fields while completing my eduation.  I leanred management skills while working as an MT in Selma California at Enterprise Rent a Car.  The management philosophy of making sure a customer was 100% satisfied is a philosophy I embrace today.  Selma, California is a small city that I still frequent. The citizens, eating establishments such as Cattlement as Spike & Rail along with Sal's Mexican Cuisine are among my favorite.  

During bar exam study I spent an extensive amount of time in Fowler, even working with an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney who had his office in Fowler.  I frequented the Fowler Starbucks for my later study sessions, and still visit Fowler starbucks on a regular basis for my early morning reading, studying for my courses in Forensic Science as I work toward my third Masters Degree. The path toward being one of the most extensively edcuation attorneys in the state is built with hard work, effort, desire, and education.

I knew before I ever began law school that being the best Criminal Defense / DUI Defense Attorney in the valley, and serving the Fresno, Fowler, Selma, Kingsburg, Caruthers, Reedley, Clovis, Dinuba area communities was a goal of mine.

Ambitions:

DUI Drug and Marijuana DUI are becoming more frequent.  I also testify as an exprert.  In and effort to be better at both, I will attend an Advance Roadside Impaired Driving (ARIDE) course on Drug Recognition Exams (DRE's) which will help round out my DUID knowledge and expertise.  I will make these things happen, and continue on my goal to be the best DUI Criminal Defense Attorney.  Being a Top Rated Fresno DUI Defense Attorney takes a lot of effort, education, and desire.  I have those attributes and will continue to expand my education and hone my skills.
