Biography
Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1985, where he was a member of the men's rowing team. He received his Masters from the University of San Francisco (USF) in 1988. He attended Whittier College, McCullom School of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993 and was admitted to the California Sate Bar that same year.
Mr. Jones’ background includes: twelve years as a Deputy District Attorney with the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office. He is also a Professor for the State Center Community College District, Fresno Police Academy.
Mr. Jones is a Partner in the firm, Wapner Jones practicing in the areas of DUI and Criminal Defense.
He is a litigator with significant trial experience having conducted in excess of 100 trials. He has trial experience in all types of criminal cases including: homicide; drug sales and possession; kidnapping; rape; assault; gangs; theft; fraud and; driving under the influence; to name a few.
