Mr. McAllister is passionate about criminal defense and civil rights; his passion stems from the negative experiences that many of his family members and friends have had with the criminal justice system. Being arrested or having a loved one arrested can be a scary, frustrating, and stressful experience, and the collateral consequences of an arrest or conviction can last a lifetime. Mr. McAllister founded his law firm to fight for the best possible results and help people during this difficult time; indeed, he uses his skills, passion, knowledge and expertise to fight for an outcome that will minimize both the direct and collateral consequences of having contact with the criminal justice system.
Mr. McAllister gradauted from Howard University School of Law in 2009. His work experience includes (i) the D.C. Public Defender Service, and (ii) White & Case LLP - a top ranked international law firm. Before starting his own law firm, he received mentoring and training from some of the top attorneys in the nation.
Mr. McAllister is licensed to practice in the State of California (state cases) as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California (federal cases). He represents juveniles and adults in misdemeanor and felony cases.

He’s cool if u want probation but You will still end up with a felony even if the police harassed & kidnapped you for no reason. H...

Aaron was outstanding in working with our family on a Juvenile issue. He helped us make a tough decision to choose a diversion program rather then go to Court(even though our son was innocent of the charge) and he was absolutely right in advising us to choose diversion. In the end our son and his fri...
"You can tell Aaron cares about his clients and will fight tooth and nail to get the best result. He explores every avenue in a defense looking for motions to file to ultimately get the charges dismissed. I'm an attorney myself, Los Angeles native, and if any of my family members need help, I would trust them in Aaron's hands."
"I endorse Mr. McAllister. He is professional, knowledgeable, and works hard to achieve the best results for his clients."
"I endorse Aaron McAllister. He is a very skilled and capable attorney with a genuine passion for criminal defense law."
