Biography
I’m Brittany Hines and I’m here to fight for you. I became a defense attorney because I passionately believe that everyone deserves a fair legal process. I am here to represent you if you have been charged with DUI or other Driving Crimes, Domestic Violence, Assault, or White Collar Crimes to name a few.
From the time I was young, I wanted to be a lawyer. Growing up in the Central Valley, I have witnessed systematic injustices. From that I learned that trouble can be easy to get into, but hard to get out of. I have witnessed good kids entering into the criminal system for minor crimes and unreasonable plea deals. My experiences have made me passionate about helping others find access to Justice.
I was raised in the Central Valley. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at California State University Stanislaus and completed my Juris Doctor at San Joaquin College of Law. During law school, I clerked at the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, providing legal support and services on complex, criminal cases in the juvenile and state court systems. After law school, I clerked at a local well-respected criminal law firm where I worked on a variety of criminal law issues and conducted research on a variety of procedural and substantive legal am currently an attorney at Mark A. Broughton PC.
