JOB WELL DONE

Frank handled our case very professionally. He was very knowledgeable of the laws and the responsibilities of the insurance companies involved. We were always informed of every option of our case. We would definitely use him again if we ever needed his services.

Thank you for your kind words. The case you speak of was actually two different cases. First we had to pursue the claim against the lady who hit your family member and deal with her insurance company. That insurance company initially said their policy holder was not at fault for the crash and refused to pay any money for the medical bills, pain, suffering, loss of movement and other harms your family member suffered. Despite their denial of responsibility for their policy holder's carelessness, we eventually showed the other driver's insurance company that they should pay their entire policy. Once we received all of the other driver's insurance proceeds, we made an underinsured motorist claim, as her insurance was not enough to fully compensate for the harms and losses caused by her carelessness. That process was successful in producing a fair settlement. All the while we had to fight with your health insurance who was improperly requested more money be reimbursed than they were entitled to receive under the policy and the law. Thank you for remaining so patient while we fought not one, but three separate battles with insurance companies.

I enjoyed working on your case using my prior experience as a criminal prosecutor got you the maximum amount allowed under the other driver's insurance policy along with a judgment for the other driver to reimburse you for attorney's fees in your case.

Attentive, Responsive, Thorough

Mr. Nunes listened to every question and concern. He answered all questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Even when his portion of the case was over, he continued to be available and assisted us with the restitution process.

My husband and I were in a serious car accident, our car was total and we were both injured. The bills were coming in and the other driver had the minimum insurance and couldn't cover everything my husband went in the internet and found Mr. Frank Nunez we set up an appointment with him. We talked to... him and was pretty honest with us. He explained to us and also told us about his video he had on his website to watch. The way he explained to us we decided to get him as our lawyer. Mr Nunez and his assistant Kristin always kept us inform with all the forms, bills and information they needed. They made sure we were in good health and had no worries about our case. Mr. Nunez cares more about his clients than how much his fees are going to be. His assistant Kristin and the other employees are very kind and they always welcome you with kindness. if we rate them with 5 stars as the ratings we would rate them with above and beyond that.
