Do not use this attorney

I was referred to this attorney on a Family Law matter. Although I felt very confident in his abilities at first, once he had my retainer, there was very little contact. He proved to be very non-responsive. He was not knowledgable about family law. He did not have any staff on hand which resulted in... basic secretarial duties that should have been performed as a service or at least at a reduced "asisstants rate" being charged at a rate of $225 p/h. He was inefficient and couldn't manage to obtain any of the documentation required for my case. I ended up doing most of the legwork on my own. He double billed on several items and padded his fees. I was never copied on any correspondence that was supposedly produced on my behalf. The other party in my case attempted to contact my attorney to discuss settlement but Frank did not advise me or bother to return the calls. It is 4 months later. Little to nothing was done on my case and I am out close to $4,500. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I strive to give all clients my personal attention, especially when I accommodate them, such as I did with you, with after-hours appointments when I am without the benefit of support staff. Legal Consultation

I have interacted with Frank Nunes on a consultation basis on several occasions in the past 2-3 years. His assistance was clear and concise on each occasion. He helped me understand the civil legal complexities that I was, and could be facing. I found him to be both an ethical and moral individual. T...his was important to me, based on previous experiences I have had with other attorney's. I would recommend this attorney to anyone. My highest recommendation I give regarding any individual is that "I would trust them with anything related to my children." Well... I would trust Mr. Nunes with any legal issues confronted by my children; in fact I did!

Nunes Law review

Mr Nunes and his staff were very professional and followed through with everything they said they would. He took our case after working with someone for over a month and got nothing done. Mr Nunes cleaned up the mess and took care of business. He and his staff took mine and my families best interes...ts in to consideration when handling our case. I would recommend Frank Nunes to anyone in need of an lawyer.

Thank you for the kind words and positive feed back. Your cases involved a roll over by a possibly unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign while driving his employer's vehicle on the job. We were up against the largest insurance company in the United States that, next to the Catholic church, is the second largest land holder on the planet. I appreciate you patience as we were required to get court approval for your minor son's settlement. The matter was pending before a new judge who didn't have much experience so she denied the request. We had to re-submit the request with sworn statements from two other attorneys in the industry to show this new judge our computations were done correctly. After we obtained the court order we had to jump through numerous hoops and red tape with a big bank to get they money deposited into a blocked account for your minor son. But through all of these hurdles, you remained patient, followed our advice and I am glad to so we "got 'er done". These "David and Goliath" situations inspire me to keep looking out for the little guy against these large corporations. Thank you again.
