First Class Service

My family and I are so very thankful for Frank Nunes and his exceptional team. His expertise, professional service, and genuine concern for each member of our family was so reassuring during the time after our car accident. He and his staff helped us navigate every aspect from seeking the appropria...te medical care to ensuring that the proper paperwork was filed with DMV, insurance, etc. The team at Nunes Law communicated effectively and efficiently during each interaction and really worked to help us reach a fair and equitable settlement in a timely fashion. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Frank Nunes to anyone that is need of an attorney that will listen attentively, communicate effectively, and will build a relationship so that he can best serve them. Do not use this attorney

I was referred to this attorney on a Family Law matter. Although I felt very confident in his abilities at first, once he had my retainer, there was very little contact. He proved to be very non-responsive. He was not knowledgable about family law. He did not have any staff on hand which resulted in... basic secretarial duties that should have been performed as a service or at least at a reduced "asisstants rate" being charged at a rate of $225 p/h. He was inefficient and couldn't manage to obtain any of the documentation required for my case. I ended up doing most of the legwork on my own. He double billed on several items and padded his fees. I was never copied on any correspondence that was supposedly produced on my behalf. The other party in my case attempted to contact my attorney to discuss settlement but Frank did not advise me or bother to return the calls. It is 4 months later. Little to nothing was done on my case and I am out close to $4,500. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I strive to give all clients my personal attention, especially when I accommodate them, such as I did with you, with after-hours appointments when I am without the benefit of support staff. WORST LAWYER! INCOMPETENT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Hired Frank about 2 years ago involving an injury accident. Initially before the retainer, he was courteous and sincere and acted like he wanted to be very helpful and empathetic about our case. Once we received our retainer, he was extremely slow with responses and did not move the case very promp...tly. On top of that, he is an extremely poor communicator and did not know hard facts or numbers to our case. If you want help negotiating your medical liens, FORGET ABOUT IT! My husband and I ended up doing most of the work ourselves and negotiated with medical providers and collection's agency. Even after settlement, Frank inflated his attorney fees and office fees. He definitely was not helpful with anything!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!

We try to help all of our clients injured by someone else's actions or failure to act. When this anonymous message was posted I searched for any client that had provided a retainer and could not find any, let alone any that were married. It is our policy to advance as much of the client's litigation costs as possible. We also always work to get as much of the settlement money into our client's pocket by working with any outstanding medical providers on the client's bills. Our fees are fair and competitive. I have been using Mr. Frank Nunes for approximately five years now. He has helped my company with a variety of legal issues. Several times we had problems with insurance companies properly handling and or paying legitimate claims. Mr. Nunes was always able to get the insurance companies to change the...ir view and see the proper way to handle the claims. Mr. Nunes is very good at getting the other party to agree with our position without having to actually file a claim with the court. And in most instances where a claim is filed, he is able to get a satisfactory settlement prior to going to trial. What I like about the Nunes Law Firm is that Frank Nunes is the Nunes Law Firm. You’re not forced to use a junior staff attorney. Mr Nunes is the only attorney in his firm and you always get to deal directly with him. A definite advantage.
