Debt Collection

I called to seek out advice about a family member's financial troubles. Mr. Nune's took the time to explain how a debt collection case will proceed through the court system. He helped me understand what information was needed to respond to the complaint and when it needed to be done. He was knowledge...able, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely hire him to perform any work I needed done for myself.

Excellent Knowledge and Help

Frank Nunes has been beyond helpful on multiple occasions. As a new resident to the area, he has helped me navigate several legal issues. Legal Consultation

I have interacted with Frank Nunes on a consultation basis on several occasions in the past 2-3 years. His assistance was clear and concise on each occasion. He helped me understand the civil legal complexities that I was, and could be facing. I found him to be both an ethical and moral individual. T...his was important to me, based on previous experiences I have had with other attorney's. I would recommend this attorney to anyone. My highest recommendation I give regarding any individual is that "I would trust them with anything related to my children." Well... I would trust Mr. Nunes with any legal issues confronted by my children; in fact I did!

JOB WELL DONE

Frank handled our case very professionally. He was very knowledgeable of the laws and the responsibilities of the insurance companies involved. We were always informed of every option of our case. We would definitely use him again if we ever needed his services.

Thank you for your kind words. The case you speak of was actually two different cases. First we had to pursue the claim against the lady who hit your family member and deal with her insurance company. That insurance company initially said their policy holder was not at fault for the crash and refused to pay any money for the medical bills, pain, suffering, loss of movement and other harms your family member suffered. Despite their denial of responsibility for their policy holder's carelessness, we eventually showed the other driver's insurance company that they should pay their entire policy. Once we received all of the other driver's insurance proceeds, we made an underinsured motorist claim, as her insurance was not enough to fully compensate for the harms and losses caused by her carelessness. That process was successful in producing a fair settlement. All the while we had to fight with your health insurance who was improperly requested more money be reimbursed than they were entitled to receive under the policy and the law. Thank you for remaining so patient while we fought not one, but three separate battles with insurance companies.

Supportive and aggressive

I have used Frank for a few suits over the years and have been very pleased with his professionalism, aggressiveness and personal touches towards the case. Frank has a wide range of knowledge meant for a lot of different situations. I will continue to use Frank in the future.
