Attorney Ron S. Bamieh is a Ventura personal injury attorney the founder of The Law Offices of Bamieh & Erickson, PLC which in 2019 became the Law Offices of Bamieh and DeSmeth, PLC. Not only does Mr. Bamieh have 30 years of experience in the legal field, he was also the youngest lawyer to ever be promoted to senior deputy district attorney for Ventura County and one of the only attorneys to ever be named best Ventura County Prosecutor of the Year (2000) and Best Ventura County Defense Attorney Lawyer of the Year (2011). Mr. Bamieh was also named a Super Lawyer in 2014 in the field of Personal Injury. Bamieh and DeSmeth is dedicated to representing individuals throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara who have been the victim of personal injury or are facing criminal charges and has expanded their practice in the areas of Family and Employment Law, and opened a fully staffed office in Santa Barabara.
