I hired Bill to help me out with a lawsuit that was filed against me for an old business debt that I, unfortunately, signed a personal guarantee for. Through this difficult process, Bill has helped guide me through the options I have to make this as easy on my family as possible. I have spoken with...

Mr. Winfield helped me with the paperwork I needed to file. I was dealing with a company in Santa Barbara that has filed bankruptcy. I had no idea how to complete the paperwork they sent me to file, or how best to proceed. He was able to explain what my choices were. I am very grateful for his...

"Bill Winfield is a conscientious, trust-worthy attorney who gets results and cares about his clients. HIs client was a co-defendant of my client in a matter that involved a complicated Assignment for Benefit of Creditors. The case ended with a business agreement beneficial to all parties. He later was my supervising attorney in a wide range of civil matters including debt collection, judgment enforcement, and assignments. I endorse him without hesitation."
"I recently reviewed the plan and disclosure statement prepared by Attorney Winfield on a Chapter 11 involving numerous parcels of real estate and found them to be well thought out and cleanly prepared. Based on my first-hand knowledge, I endorse Mr. Winfield due to his demonstrated thorough knowledge of the Chapter 11 process."
"As an opposing counsel in a rather complicated series of related chapter 11 cases, one being that of an individual and the other a corporation, Bill Winfield was a worthy adversary. Notwithstanding the positions taken between clients he was always civil and professional. As a follow certified specialist he stands for the distinction between those who are and those who are not. I would endorse Bill as counsel."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have Bill for approximately 12 years over that time have been impressed with both his legal knowledge and more importantly his intergrity. I highly recommend Mr. Winfield."
