All i have to say about Art is that if you are told by anyone else that it is impossible to win your case, they are lying and Arthur Lacilento will prove it! When he walks through the hall ways of the courthouse i swear its like a walking hurricane parting the red sea!!!! EVERYONE professional literally steps aside as he walks by and when any DPSS social worker sees him walk in they know instantly its over and they are gonna lose!!! ARTHUR LACILENTO IS A BIG EXAMPLE OF AN ANGEL OF GOD!!!! I will be hiring him for myself soon after seeing what he did for a friend of mine after i referred them to him!!!
Arthur, i look forward to seeing you soon!!

I had been trying to adopt a child I had for ten years but social services and lying social workers kept it from happening. I finally hired Art and not only did he get the adoption closed but he got a restraining order against social services for us. He was so amazing and trustworthy that another family member of mine has also recently hired Art. He is an excellent attorney, a Christian man, a family man, and full of knowledge in his area of law. He is worth every penny we spent on his services.

I reached out to Art for some advice involving my four children and a very vindictive social worker. I had a hearing the next day, things were not looking well and my attorney had a family emergency. I was honest and open that I had already retained an attorney and was simply seeking advice. Art, had no financial incentive to help me, none whatsoever, I was just hoping he'd offer me some advice, as I'd heard he was the top dog in fighting Social Services. He asked me what time my hearing was, what courtroom it was in and told me he had to be at the same court that day and would meet with me. He took the time to offer me advice several times throughout the day. Spoke with the attorneys, argued on my kids behalf out in the hall and all out of the goodness of his heart. I've retained many attorneys over the past eight years, as a result of my husband's death. I've yet to meet one attorney who truly had no financial gain and cared enough to help. I took the time to write this review because this is an attorney who actually is passionate about what he does and who cares about protecting the families caught in this awful system. All four of my children were returned home that day. Art, you are a true crusader for justice and a man who cares about the families caught in this ugly system. On behalf of myself and my children, a big thank you for renewing our faith in the concept of an attorney who actually cares about the children he fights for......

Mr. Arthur LaCilento represented me in a very complex family law case. I previously had retained a firm in South Orange County that was more interested in the wellbeing of my check book than my legal interest or my family. I immediately retained Mr. LaCilento months before trial. Mr. LaCilento prepared all the necessary documents, motions and exhibits in order to prepare for trial in a very short amount of time. He worked diligently and passionately on my case. He would answer my questions and was always available by phone in order to assist me with my case. His positive attitude and outgoing drive resulted in the success of my case. He was always well prepared for court and when we walked into court I knew I was being represented by the "best and most compassionate attorney ever". My family is truly blessed because of all the hard work and dedication by Mr. LaCilento and his staff. He is passionate about his clients and is dedicated to achieving the best outcome and results for each and every one of his clients.

Art is a brilliant attorney. I had the privilege of him representing me in a recent family court case. He is honest and forthcoming on his opinions of what i should and should not do. I was very impressed by his professionalism and competence. In the courtroom he was fierce. he stood up for me as a client when my previous attorney refused to do so. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so without any hesitation.

When I retained Mr. LaCilento I needed the very best. I was referred to Mr. LaCilento by other top attorneys and I was told that he was the best lawyer in juvenile dependency. He was extremely dedicated and always professional. He was open to listening to me and I completely trusted him with my case. He also helped me to stay focused in a very difficult time.
We went to court numerous times and I felt that I had excellent representation. We actually went to trial 4 times and each was a great experience. I felt that Mr.LaCilento was very well prepared and his focus was entirely on my case.
All of Mr. LaCilento's office staff was always very helpful and sincere. Susan, in particular, is amazing and very knowledgable.
I would recommend Mr. LaCilento to anyone who needs the very best expertise and an attorney with true dedication to fight for them in the Juvenile dependency system.

We retained Mr. LaCilento as our attorney a little over a year ago. He is an extremely dedicated and highly efficient attorney who worked very hard on our case. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and procedures and it was amazing to see him utilize his expertise in court. Mr. LaCilento always kept us informed and was responsive to our questions. We strongly feel that Mr. LaCilento, as well as his staff, put their hearts and souls into our case. We thank Mr. LaCilento for his excellent representation to our family and highly recommend him as an attorney.

A good attorney listens to their clients. Art would not let me speak, he constantly interrupted me, talked at me instead of to me and was generally unprofessional and unpleasant to be around.
I had four court appearances, he billed me for six. He arrived late to each appearance and rushed off quickly because he had "another client downstairs".
Even though he had other clients at the courthouse he charged me for parking fees. Did he charge them as well? Is he double dipping? I don't know. He goes to court nearly every day, parking fees should be part of his overhead. I have other billing issues that will be taken to arbitration along with professional behavior issues.
He charges thousands of dollars for printing copies of paperwork.
The worst though was when, after a year of this guy as my attorney he decided I was guilty of the charges that had caused me to be in court. My family would be torn apart right now if I had taken his so called advice. He wanted my wife to file a permanent restraining order against me.
Because of the charges that had been levied against me Art recommended that I see a counselor so that I could prove that I am not the sort of person that could do the horrible things I was accused of. That was good.
What wasn't good was when he called my counselor and told him not to write a good report on me because he "just knew" I was guilty. Fortunately, after months of being in counseling, my counselor did write a good report.
Art refused to use it.
My family and I are doing fine now, no thanks to Art LaCilento.

I was given this attorney's name and told that he is very good. I called and talked to his secretary and she told me she or the attorney would call me back. It's been three weeks and I have never heard from them. How unprofessional.
