I had been previously divorced and had been taken to the cleaners. I was unaware of how bad I had been taken advantage of by my first attorney and my ex until I hired Mr. LaCilento. Art LaCilento is a great advocate for his clients. He will fight for what is right and he will also be honest and let the client know what can't be done. He is a good Christian man who lives by Biblical principles to fight for what is best for his client. My ex made outrageous demands in the settle...ment and Art said, "... I will be committing legal malfeasance if I were to let you agree to this." I negated the demands, and 2 weeks later we had a settlement that best benefited the child and me. A client cannot ask for a better advocate nor have a better fighter for what is right.

I spent more money trying to get Art to fight my case than I spent on him fighting my case. All i tried to get him to do was refute the made up facts all he wanted to do was get more court dates he would claim he did some good then CPS would do otherwise. Nothing he did helped me or my kids at all. ...After I fired him two court dates later I had my kids back after the Judge got to hear my side. When he claim he know how they work because he worked As county CPS attorney remember he was the one who has taken other peoples kids he supported their lies and still does.
