My case was a highly contentious case that spanned well over a decade, and involved a special needs child with life threatening medical conditions. Because of the nature of my case, and the fact that my ex-husband used the court system as a bullying tactic in an effort to harm us, I was forced into ...a never ending cycle of court filings and appearances. I had previously interviewed literally dozens of attorneys (both from large and small well respected firms), and over the years hired a handful of ones in an effort to piece together representation.
