Great Experience

Scott is friendly, great to work with, extremely responsive, listens, works hards and ultimately helped me avoid the worst case scenarios. I am someone who does a ton of research before selecting anybody that I will do business with. I interviewed Scott along with three other lawyers (after callin...g about 15). I was deliberately vague with everyone I met with to see how they would troubleshoot my issues. Scott never oversold, gave me suggestions but at the end of the day I felt like he was most concerned about my personal well being. He took at sizeable six-figure debt I was looking at because of a business I was involved with and brought the amount down significantly, working hard for me for over three months. I wish Scott's specialty was everything. If he felt comfortable with it, I would hire him for just about any legal matter or issue I encounter. I highly recommend him for your debt settlement issues and I almost never write reviews.

Not sure what lawyer they got

I was not very pleased, over all. I never felt that he was defending my interest or aggressively attacking anything. I felt his primary focus was pressuring me to agree to unfair exposure from a settlement that was ultimately, written, directed, produced and staring "the creditor" in order to claim t...he fee paid. I recall no objection or attempts on his part to protect me or my company in his communication. If he did make such effort, we did not witness such and the product agreement certainly didn't indicate as much. Although we signed this agreement under duress, we eventually sought alternate counsel and approach and renegotiated a more realistic arrangement. Unfortunately, the exposure brought by the first agreement could not be undone. In short, I have no doubt Scott can provide value of service to some. For me, he resulted in a costly distraction for services I could (and did) do better on my own. Save the $3,000 and call the creditor yourself. If you have the money to fight for what you believe, then consider calling Scott.

trustworthy, professional, and ethical attorney

Mr. Nathan helped me to settle with a loan company that had conned me with predatory leasing of medical equipment. He helped me to save a good deal of money, but I was more impressed with his professionalism and ethical manner in which he took care of the case. All in all, it was a very pleasant ex...perience dealing with Mr. Nathan.
