My wife and I were at the point of losing our business of 17 years when we met Andrew Bisom. We explained our situation and from day one he fought tooth and nail for us. Our business has always been our lively hood and he saved us! Court appearances, lawyer meetings with debtors, conference calls, ...private meetings....Andrew was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!! My wife and I went from potentially losing absolutely everything to now having our business restructured to where we are living the American dream. I contacted Mr. Bisom 5 years ago. We had been scammed by law firm, who just passed us to different departments and people. We were in jeopardy of losing our home and felt hopeless. Mr. Bisom met with us, came up with a Chapter 13 plan to save our home, and has been there for us the past 5 years to a...dvise and help when we hit bumps in the road. I am elated to say that our Chapter 13 discharge is about a week away. Thank you for being honest, reliable, and forthright. I met with Andrew Bisom to discuss my options as it to pertained to my financial situation. After consulting with Mr. Bisom and explaining my situation, we collaboratively came to the conclusion that bankruptcy was not the best option for me. He took the time to outline the pros and cons of filing, ...and did not pressure me. I consulted with Andrew Bisom to determine whether I was a candidate for bankruptcy. He said I was and I paid him a large sum of money to represent me thru my case. When I got into court, I was told I didn't qualify. There was an error in my income that Andrew didn't catch because he didn't verify my... information. I was denied my filing, due to the error, however Andrew refuses to return my money. I'm filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and pursuing legal options to get my money back.
