I am a business-savvy attorney with in-depth knowledge of law, business, technology, and the needs of startup and early-stage companies.
I develop close working relationships with clients based on a positive attitude and rock-solid dependability so I can deliver High-touch Legal Services®.
Most clients are startup or early-stage companies, though I work with established small companies, as well. Whatever their size, I bring more than a decade of in house legal experience at such companies as Lexis-Nexis and Visa, where I was VP and Legal Counsel.

Great advice and gets it done
