I had a legal matter dating back 20 years in Orange County which required a local lawyer to address as I am permanently located overseas in Australia. I contacted virtually every lawyer listed in Orange County (on line) with a summary of my case. Most of the lawyers responded with complex, layered pr...icing – all of which were thousands of dollars for very basic initial clarification, mainly admin based. Christopher McCann was the only lawyer whose first response was acknowledgement of the issues and what steps were required – not costs. Once we agreed on the first steps, he advised that they were very basic and essentially meant a visit to the local court house which attracted NO CHARGE since he provided free consultation. All the other lawyers’ fees were no less than $1500 for the exact same service. In the end, and to my benefit all that was required was a court certified document to close off the matter for which Christopher charged $25! This also put to rest 20 years of angst. Throughout the whole process Christopher displayed empathy, honesty and integrity – I was floored when the cost was only $25. Given I was overseas there was an element of vulnerability and uncertainty which was clearly taken advantage of by many other law firms. Had I not have found Christopher, I would have paid thousands more for what was a very straight forward matter. I highly recommend Christopher McCann for any legal support, he is an effective and honest lawyer.

I am so glad I did some research and found Christopher McCann to handle my DUI case. From our first phone contact he put me at ease and let me know he would be there for me. He kept his promise. And he always answered his phone. Otherwise, if he was in a DMV hearing or other court case he would promp...tly call back. During our first meeting he was very honest about what to expect and walked me all the way through my legal situation. He was always professional, and more importantly, very compassionate and understanding. He appeared for me at my DMV hearing and had my Order for Suspension set aside, which gave me more time to drive and get things in order. The process of dealing with the courts and the judicial system, in my opinion, is completely overwhelming. But Chris closely managed the problems and setbacks that happened along the way. He appeared at court many times for me and I can never fully express my gratitude for all he has done. I would have been in some serious trouble which among other things included jail time. As the saying goes--so goes Mr. McCann. I was up against the legal system (once again) and this time it looked dire. It was my 2nd charge of driving under the influence and it wasn't looking good.
