Jim Parke is who you want by your side, when faced with the challenges of today’s court system. The best reason to hire Jim Parke...

...is that if you don't, your ex might. You don't want that. Jim is not cheap. But my case went all the way to trial, and he knew the case as well as I did (and believe me, I "owned my case", as Jim strongly suggested I do, on every fact and bit of evidence). We fought back against a host of outr...ageous claims, against an evaluation that was short in its recommendation of time, and by the end of the trial there was absolutely nothing left of my spouse's case. The judge awarded full joint custody. Before I hired him, I sounded out some attorney friends in southern CA. One got back to me saying "Parke is the deal in the Inland Empire". I couldn't agree more!

A Godsend

Upon hearing of my divorce, a friend highly recommended I hire Jim as my attorney. Following up on the recommendation was the best thing I could have done for myself, my business, and my children. My divorce was particularly complicated given the myriad business and custody issues involved. Jim al...ways demonstrated a firm grasp of all details of my case and I always felt he cared about my case as much as I did. Given the amount of time he spent on my case and the high-stakes nature of what was involved, I believe his fees were very reasonable and worth every penny. When we first met, Jim told me I needed to "own" my case, as he believed that would allow me to minimize fees. That meant a lot to me and saved me a great deal of money. He kept me informed of all my options, he was proactive, he was highly responsive to all my questions and concerns, and he cared not only about my case, but about me and my children. He even gave me his cell phone number so I would be able to call him when I needed immediate answers or when I was anxious and could not sleep. He is kind and personable, but don't be fooled -- he's a real warrior and shot my ex's case out of the water! It was like watching a gifted surgeon. At a time when I felt my life and business could crumble to pieces, Jim helped me stay optimistic and empowered. I will refer Jim Parke to anyone who needs a compassionate & experienced attorney.

Didn't get the expertise that I paid for.

James assured me that I would not be able to recover any fees or costs associated with my case. After I refused to sign a stipulation he drafted, he became offended and sat quietly for the rest of the hearing. I was left on my own to ask the judge for any fee's involved in this case. After hearing... me, the judge made an order for my ex to pay for the entire investigation fee. James is very experienced and knowledgeable, but I do not feel that I received the legal representation I paid for.
