Timothy Paul McArdle

Tim came into my complex custody battle a year and a half after it started. My one year old at the time, was scared of visiting his father. I was afraid he was being abused like I had been during my pregnancy. Tim worked extremely hard (after midnight on our restraining order, which we got!) to get ...caught up and fought HARD for my son. Opposing counsel was ruthless, but Tim kept his professionalism and knew his family codes by memory, and when my other attorney backed down, Tim, Charlene, Lance, and Eli, didn't flinch, instead came back with eloquently written pleadings and reassured me every step of the way. I had a tough case, with a tough and biased (in my opinion) judge. But Tim secured favorable results for us, and the entire staff and legal team was the best I could have asked for. They are a busy law firm, with many clients. Yet, they always responded to my many questions, emails, & demands timely. I was not an easy client. This was my baby we are talking about. Unfortunately, after I regrettably asked to be self represented, I lost everything, no visitation even, in a single hearing. That was my fault, and I wish every day, I hadn't done that, bc I haven't seen my baby since 8/6/21. Yesterday was his 3rd bday. The system doesn't always get it right. Evidence isn't always required for the judge to side with opposing counsel. Don't go in alone. I cannot recommend Tim McArdle, Lance Claery, Eli Hammond, Charlene Wong, or Elizabeth ENOUGH. They certainly know their stuff AND are decent good humans. Which is almost impossible to find in a family law attorney these days. I'd give ten stars if I could.

I hired Tim & Claery & Hammond in the middle of my custody battle, and my ex was making it ugly. I cannot tell you how hard it was and still is to find an attorney you can trust, who’s knowledgeable, hardworking, AND WIlLING to fight for what is the best thing for your child. Tim and his law clerk, E...lizabeth, surpassed my expectations early on. I was impressed when he was up to speed on my case in a couple of days when it took my previous 2 attorneys week & worked on my case until after midnight to help me not face $10,000 on monetary sanctions for late responses to opposing counsels discovery. He really gained my respect when he, attorney Wong, Elizabeth Mayberry, Lance Cleary, and Eli Hammond got me and my 1 year old more results in 10 days than previous attorneys in 2 years. This included a restraining order against a man who’d been terrorizing me for two years. The was at my lowest point and had completely lost hope. I’d had two HORRIBLE attorney prior and was $65,000 deep with an upcoming trial. My ex recently lied in court and had supervised visitation changed back to insupervised. As predicted (unfortunately) a 1 year old baby was subjected to unthinkably trauma, abuse, and situations no child should be placed in. He returned home to very ill and with serious injuries, yet I was finding it SO hard getting help from an attorney efficiently who I could trust. Lance was amazing from the first consultation. He knew what course my case should be taking to protect my child and was always available and listened to each of my concerns. Tim, now, maybe young and not as experienced as 30’yeat veteran with all 5 star reviews, walls covered in rawatds, but, he was bright, ablen be assertive with opposing counsel and aggressive when necessary, was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of complex family law situations, and BY FAR the hardest working. Tim went above and beyond, consistently working on my case and fighting for my child to be protected by a justice system, that had so far failed him. I’m extremely grateful for Tim taking the time to listen to my concerns, calling over and over until I picked up and gave him the necessary info to jdraft documents in which I was facing sanctions on for for lateness (and staying up past midnight to do so). When I was rude, emotional, and difficult, Tim was calm, professional, empathetic, and resourceful. Tim was consistently available & always answered my questions in a timely manner (even on Xmas Eve). If he didn’t know the answer he would find it the same day. If I wanted a sentence changed on my pleading, he rewrote it and emailed for my signature immediately. When I lost my cool, interrupted, and cried in front the judge, Attorney McArdle stood up for me and argued on my behalf without me jhabjng to say anything. He’s competent, and cares about your case and the effects orders have on innocent children for long time. Tim is a good attorney, an even better human being, and my toddler and I are so grateful for Tim’s hard work and results everyone at Claery & Hammond achieved.

Timothy McCardle was a big disaster , he was absolutely the worst lawyer, he’s very weak and very inexperienced, he knows nothing about this work, he destroyed my case and made it even worse and worse, I am the biological father to my son, I lost my son to my ex-girlfriend which is not the biological... mother, she is an alcoholic and involved with prostitution, and Mr. McCardle didn’t even succeed to get me home visitations, he was late to both court hearings, He was stuttering in front of the judge, I’ve been and will be separated from my child for total of 8 months till my next hearing in December.
