Extremely Knowledgeable Attorney

I contacted Attorney Farrell concerning an upcoming conservatorship case, and I found her knowledge of proceedings, and proper methods of addressing concerns impeccable. She is very detailed; Provides references for information given, and very patient when addressing questions ensuring there is enou...gh clarity to make well informed decisions. Knowledgeable and caring

Above and beyond, thorough, compassionate

I contacted the firm for representation on a complex guardianship matter and was scheduled for a consultation. Unfortunately, due to the close proximity of the next court hearing and the attorneys conflicting schedule they were not able to represent me but C L Farrell gave me confidence with the guid...ance for critical next steps in my case. C L took time to help me navigate the Court’s website. C L is knowledgeable, extremely thorough and compassionate. The consult was much more than I expected. Words of Gratitude and Thanks

C L Farrell had a consultation with me on March 1, 2024. She was kowledgeable and kind. More than that, she provided me with information regarding the responsibility of the Trustee and the timeline for filing estate documents, tax returns, and notification of the proper agencies & beneficiaries, an...d much more. I was absolutely clueless and I'm sure there may be consequences for my lack of knowledge, but moving forward I will work to make things right. There's an old saying "Give a man a fish & you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish & you feed him for a lifetime". C L farrell fed me and my family for a lifetime. I will now educate my adult children and impress upon them the importance of securing proper counsel before making costly errors when estate planning for the future of their families which will benefit us for generations. Unfortunately I was not able to hire her as my attorney for this matter, due to the problems created my my Co-Trustee and location of the trust estaste, but I will hire and recommend her to family members and friends for estate planning and distributiion. C L Farrell is an incredible person and an extraordinary Attorney.
