Christine A. Kingston is in private practice in her home town of Huntington Beach, California, and is a Federal Debt Relief Agency. We help people file for bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code. Our practice is limited to bankruptcy practice, Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies at this time.
In private practice, attorney Kingston has the freedom to take on a variety of cases and will gladly spend the time with each prospective client to first look at the alternatives to filing for bankruptcy. Christine will not file a bankruptcy action when the client is best served by perhaps a debt management program, mortgage modification, foreclosure without bankruptcy, or any other means of helping them manage and eliminate their debt concerns.
We provide a FREE consultation and discuss your bankruptcy alternatives and whether bankruptcy is right for you. Our goal is to support you in achieving your goal of financial freedom from debts and help you save your American Dream.
During our consultation, we review financial records and the current financial picture. We will then look at what the future might hold for my client. We look at the possible outcomes and contingencies for each option available and then, once the client is well informed, they decide the direction to take.
