Biography
I have been representing people in bankruptcy for almost 25 years. As a previous staff attorney for the bankruptcy court in Western District of Kentucky, I began my practice in the early nineties and now have five offices throughout Louisville, Frankfort and Southern Indiana. I am one of only five consumer bankruptcy attorneys in Kentucky that have been certified by the American Board of Certification.
I have a wonderful staff of women including my daughter who is my assistant office manager and a few good men (my twin sons will be taking the Kentucky Bar in July and joining my firm in August) who love helping people regain their financial life. Bankruptcy

Caring and professional
