I was referred to Bill from a close friend that I trust.The lien on my home was from an old Discover card debt that I didn't realize was there until I tried to refinance my home. I was not sure if it would be possible to remove the lien because the court documents had been destroyed due to age of cas...e. Bill and his team were able to convince the Discover card attorney that this lien should not be there. Bill and his team handled everything including going to recorders office and filing the documents to remove the lien.
