We cannot recommend Jimmy highly enough! He is a tenacious, responsive, communicative, well-spoken legal force of nature. Jimmy represented us in a dispute with our landlord who refused to maintain habitability in our rental home, denied us necessary repairs, and tried to blame us for his own negligence in the upkeep of the home. I was originally referred to Jimmy through a work colleague for a case I needed representation on. After the first phone call Jimmy made a prompt visit to my home explained to me what my options were and he essentially filed my case back in April of 2012. My case is still pending and I have a trial date set for early 2015 to settle my case but if it was not for the prompt and detailed work Jimmy did.
