Waste my time, wish i could waste his time and charge him in advance

Was unimpressed with his requests to change paperwork and did not offer any assistance or hints on what or how the paperwork needed to be changed. He was paid in advance and it took him several days to waste my time with no results. Finally, after wasting all the parties time, the principals got to...gether, went around him and moved forward.
