Disappointed.

It took me two years to write this review because I really didn’t wanna write this review against him, but I’m just not that type of person to write negative reviews about people but even after two years I am still not being able to report my good faith payments on my car or my Mortgage because of hi...s lousy work. I hired Arash Shirdel to handle my Chapter 7 bankruptcy during one of the most difficult times of my life. I had just lost my brother and was financially drained after supporting him for years, covering his funeral costs, and facing unemployment due to COVID. I was scared, vulnerable, and overwhelmed, and I hired Mr. Shirdel because he came recommended and seemed genuine. He promised to “hold my hand” through the process — but that promise was quickly broken. From the beginning, communication was poor. Every time I called, a different paralegal answered — it felt like there was no stable office or staff. Important documents were repeatedly lost, and I had to resend them multiple times. When it came time for the bankruptcy court call, Mr. Shirdel didn’t even respond right away. They had to call his name several times, and when he finally joined, he said almost nothing. Afterward, instead of reassuring me, he made me feel even more afraid. I lost sleep and had no clarity on what was happening. Despite my clear instructions that I wanted to keep my house and my car and continue making payments, Mr. Shirdel included both in the bankruptcy. As a result, even though I’ve made every payment on time for the past two years, neither my mortgage nor my car loan (Mercedes-Benz) is helping rebuild my credit because he didn’t properly exclude them. They continue to show as part of the bankruptcy and as derogatory items on my credit report. When I reached out repeatedly for help in correcting these major errors, Mr. Shirdel became unresponsive. When he did reply, his tone was unprofessional and dismissive. After two years, I am still dealing with the damage his mishandling of my case caused. I would not recommend Arash Shirdel to anyone going through bankruptcy. This is a time when you need support, transparency, and a lawyer who truly cares. Unfortunately, I received the opposite.

Great job

I had a very good experience with Mr.Shirdel,he really knows about his job started my case with a lawyer named Sara Berliani, but she did everything wrong, and I took my case from her and gave it to Mr. Shirdel, and I was very satisfied.

He caused me to sell my home in Tustin Ranch

Arash Shirdel is a liar. I've been in litigation against a guy for 7 years. Shirdel is my lawyer or should I say was my lawyer. He filed three appeals and lost all of them at the California appellate court and finally I've had to sell my house in Tustin on Duroy Court. The defendant is not using a la...wyer and this guys wins........

Excellent Attorney

I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy with Arash. He knows what hes talking about. He made the process easy and straightforward.

Wonderful, carring and knowledgable attorney!!!

I hired Mr. Shirdel to represent me in several matters, including a business litigation matter, a chapter 7 bankruptcy, a mortgage litigation case, and an unlawful detainer. Mr. Shirdel represented me in all of these matters and was able to achieve the best results possible. He is knowledgeable abo...ut the law and compassionate about his clients.
