He saved us from a lot of problems.

We spent months trying to find someone of his caliber. He made that search worthwhile. The office is so careful and professional about everything they do and Serge was really an advocate on our side, picking out all of the strongest points of our case. He made sure that was all heard in the negotiations. I strongly recommend his services.

Giant Slayers

We are a small contractor being cheated out of money by a very large contractor simply because they believed their size and resources would crush us if we litigated. Serge was not intimidated by their size or their law firm. He was loyal to us and stuck with the case as they continually stalled and stalled hoping the cost would drive us away. He proved that honesty and superior skills will triumph. Our award was well over seven figures.

Outstanding job! Very complex case.

Mr. Tomassian's firm represented our group of homeowners in a complex landslide case. The other side wanted to settle for peanuts. Mr. Tomassian made sure that did not happen! Many of the homes were red tagged and will have to be torn down. Thanks to Mr. Tomassian we were made whole again! Highly recommend! Thank you Mr. Tomassian!

I would use them again

Ethical, consistent and truly sincere!

Serge Tomassian and his firm have represented me for several years and I have found that he and the other lawyers in the firm to be ethical, hard working, knowledgeable and result orientated... I have used Mr Tomassian for Real Estate, Business Contract and Personal Injury matters in both Orange County and the Inland Empire. I have been very happy with the results that he was able to get and how fair the firm's fees were for their services compared to other firms that I had previously used. Additionally, I have referred Mr Tomassian to some friends and business associates and they were also very happy with their results. I am glad that I don't have to go to Los Angeles to hire a top attorney for my needs since we have Serge right here in the Irvine/Newport Beach area.

HOA

Serge Tomassian was our counsel in a water intrusion matter which involved our home. We sued the Homeowner Association. We were able to settle the case in our favor through mediation and thus avoid litigation. Mr. Tomassian met with us on a regular basis to update us on the status of the case. He always returned our phone calls in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Mr. Tomassian.

Construction defect

Serge is very analytical and is always right on to what need to be done next. He is like a master "chess player". He knows the next 10 moves when his opponent makes one move. We are very fortunate to find Serge to represent our case. While most attorneys did not want to take our case but one, Serge took our case and we won.

Very capable litigator.

I retained Serge for a constructuction defect matter in connection with leaking windows. I found him to be an outstanding lawyer, and would not hesitate in recomending him to anyone. Contractor Fraud Suit

Serge and his firm were very instramental in getting back over $500,000 from a contractor who built our new home and padded his bills so he could use our money to build a new home for himself.
