Excellent Attorney, Simply said.

As a real estate investor and licensed broker, I constantly use services from various attorneys based on their expertise. 3 months ago one of my clients encountered a problem acquiring a loan very close to the close of escrow. The owner of the property agreed to finance and carry the loan which req...uired all documentation to be drafted and processed on an expedited manner. I hired Nema Daghbandan to handle the transaction and I am glad I did. He is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever worked with in handling such transactions. Nema was a pleasure to work with, kept me informed throughout the transaction, handled all communications with the escrow, and didn't send me a bill for every minute a sought his advice. I strongly recommend Nema to anyone that requires attorney service in owner financing situations.

Attorney you can rely on

I work with Nema specifically at the Geraci Law Firm. We've had several transactions together and my initial contact with Nema was through a referral from a business associate. Nema has impressed me on several levels not the least of which is his knowledge of the law. He follows through, he return...s calls and emails promptly, and I feel that he's looking out for me. That's the reason we hire attorneys right, to look out for our interests and keep us out of trouble?? I'm very satisfied and as a private lender I will continue to work with Nema on future transactions.
