Exceptional attorney

I hired Ms. McCarty to defend me in a case that would’ve had both state and federal implications, she kept me well informed was always available. Her professionalism and compassion for her clients is unmatched, the case was dismissed and without her I don’t believe I would have reached the same resu...lt. True Genius

Lily is a genius at her craft of practicing law. No detail is too small. She will analyze and dissect your situation inside out and beat you to the courthouse to fight for you. She saved my life and I am forever grateful.

Protects her clients

I'm amazed!!! Ten months after Lily successfully won my case, she continues to follow up with phone calls and advises me on my next steps for rebuilding my life. Lily Saved My Life

If you are looking for someone that is easy to get ahold of, cares about the law, and is not scared of taking cases to trial, search no further. Lily McCarty Gonzalez takes her job very personally and works very intently on her clients’ cases. I was charged with three counts of Aggravated Battery in ...Seminole County, Florida, which was punishable by up to 60 years in prison. Lily worked along side fellow Tampa attorney Maj Vasigh on my case and they both worked brilliantly together. My case went to trial after dozens of depositions and several motion filings. My trial lasted four days with jury selection and deliberation. Lily is ambitious, confident, astute, and swift under the pressures of trial. Lily understands people and demographics, which is very helpful in her process of picking a jury. Lily was seemingly flawless during direct examination, cross examination and closing arguments due to her extensive preparation and experience in these situations. Upon, three hours of jury deliberation, my peers found me NOT GUILTY on all three counts. Lily and Maj made a great defense team throughout this whole legal battle. Maria Pavlidis, Lily's law partner was pivotal to my preparation for trial and added a vital element to my defense team. Although I didn’t know Lily, prior to her joining my defense team, I never felt like a client through this whole experience; she made me feel like a friend. Lily understands the stress her clients are going through and does everything in her power to make them feel as comfortable and prepared as she possibly can. As annoying as I have been throughout this whole thing, Lily still calls my cell phone(not email) to make sure that I’m doing okay. I don’t know of another attorney that takes their job as seriously or personally as Lily McCarty Gonzalez. It’s been a privilege working with Lily, whom I now consider family.

True To Her Calling!

In my experience with this attorney, I was deeply encouraged and inspired as I saw her commitment to fight for justice. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She won't back down even in midst of pressure to fight for what is right.
