Greg Garrison recently was successful in winning a damage claim along with punitive damages for fraud and deceit with an award of 3.6M. In addition on a second related case, Greg was successful in defending me in a 2.8M lawsuit. We won both cases. Greg and his team were extremely professional and pleasant to work with regarding our litigation.
If they bring a knife to the fight, you bring Greg Garrison
Having just had my first experience as a plaintiff in a courtroom trial, I found it incredibly gut-wrenching and stressful to say the least. At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison.
I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn’t have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg’s acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg’s trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules.
The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg’s ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory.
I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put – you can’t afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

Satisfactory resolution to a very complex issue
We had a very complex issue involving a homeowner association, property owner and finance institution. The case included construction, property boundaries, CC&R violations, SD County Land Management Department and representing the homeowner association and association personnel.
Mr. Garrison and his associate was trustworthy, dependable, hardworking, and very responsive to our inquires. I personally felt very confident, trusted Mr. Garrison's judgement, his recommendations and felt comfortable in his representation. Mr Garrison was able to resolve the issues to our satisfaction without going to trial.

"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Garrison and I represented separate defendants in a very complex securities law matter. The trial in federal court was almost a month. Prior to and during that trial I had the opportunity to work closely with Mr. Garrison. I have participated in dozens of trials, and his trial preparation and trial skills are outstanding. The jury entered a verdict in favor of Mr. Garrison's client.
On another complex matter, Mr. Garrison obtained key arbitration rulings. Thereafter I substituted in and was able to use Mr. Garrisons's rulings as a stepping stone to obtain a very large settlement."

"I have tried cases with Greg Garrison and have been against him. I much prefer him on my side of the aisle. I consider him to be one of the finest trial lawyers in town, particularly in front of a jury. He has tremendous credibility as a lawyer and has a unique ability to boil down the most complicated fact patterns into simple and understandable concepts. He is always very well prepared and is tenacious. He gets results for a reason."
