Scott G. Hoy

I came to Scott's office very skeptical of attorneys due to more than 1 previous encounters with hiring an attorney. I'm sure Scott saw me as a challenge although I believe my case was relatively simple because liability on the other persons part was never in question. Scott and his staff worked wi...th me throughout the process and we eventually settled my case and he restored my faith in attorneys once again. Should I ever have a need for his services again I would not hesitate to hire him. Not to mention refer others to him for representation to someone else. Thanks Scott

After being in a car accident, I went to two separate attorneys and both of the attorneys told me that they felt the case was too insignificant and therefore they could not help me. I then went to Scott Hoy, who was very positive and helpful with my case. Scott did say that because the impact that ha...ppened to my car was minor, that it would take more time and effort but he would do what he could to help me. It did take several years but Scott did not give up and we were awarded a settlement. I am so grateful to Scott for his help and also to his staff and his wife.
