Our firm handles legal malpractice cases on a full time basis all day everday. This is our primary area of focus and we are experts in the field. My partner Mr. Stanford is a California State Bar certified legal malpractice specialist. We have both appeared on television, given lectures and written about legal malpractice and ethical issues.
I am a trial attorney focused almost exclusively on litigating professional negligence claims against lawyers and law firms for plaintiffs who have been financially harmed by their legal representatives. I also litigate a few personal injury cases and am willing to try cases for other lawyers.
Our fee payment is flexible depending on your situation.
My partner and I have over 50 years of combined experience. I have tried 35 jury trials to verdict and have won 80% of the cases that have gone to trial. I have obtained numerous results of $1 million dollars or more for my clients over the years.
Your case will not be handled by a paralegal or junior associate at our firm. You will have direct access to us as we only maintain a small caseload of premium cases.
The legal profession is complex and lawyers often make mistakes. There are only a few lawyers in town who are willing and able to sue negligent lawyers for legal malpractice. If you think your lawyer made a mistake, engaged in a conflict of interest, blew a deadline, or acted negligently, you should call us to learn about your rights.
