Can’t be trusted!

In 2019 I was hit by a MTS bus and hired SD injury lawyer center. It was the worst decision I made for my case. David not only did not communicate but was very insensitive during the whole process but was very attentive when it came to his percentage of his cut of the 1.5 million judgment. He took $6...75,000 for himself. Claimed my bills were $400,000 (never let me see the bills. He just took it out and showed no proof. So for all I know he took that money for himself) after all that I should have been left with $425,000 right? Nope! I was left with $280,000. Where did the $145,000 go? This man is a scam and I have taken the necessary steps to get help and get to the bottom of what happen.

rip off

After a roll over accident caused by a drunk driver, Mr. Accord called me to tell me to stop seeing a physical therapist because my medical bills were so high that (and I quote) "he would have to pay for them out of HIS pocket." He made up some fictional term called a drop down policy. Both insurance... companies and other attorneys I spoke to had never heard that term before. He didn't even go after the minimum liability. After a settlement of (what I was told) $55,000 I received a check for $175.00. The medical bills were over $75,000. I did not get my vehicle replaced, and still have minimum usage of my shoulder after having surgery for 3 torn ligaments an a torn rotator cup. Mr. Accord and this law center are negligent and dishonest. I was told I could have filed a lawsuit against him but finding an attorney to sue another attorney would be difficult.
