Biography
Sabrina A. Stuart is a Partner at Herrera Law Firm and works in the Firm’s San Diego and Sacramento offices with experience in personal injury, civil litigation, workers' compensation, mediation and family law.
Ms. Stuart is admitted to practice law in the state of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California. She is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Ms. Stuart practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and workers' compensation. She represents clients who have suffered minor to catastrophic injuries from automobile accidents, animal attacks, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, construction accidents, industrial injuries and much more. She has been extremely successful in achieving optimal results for her clients even where liability has been disputed.
Ms. Stuart began offering mediation services in 2009 and has successfully assisted litigants in mediating their legal issues. She is a member of the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego Civil Mediation Program and serves as a mediator. She has a multitude of hands-on training in alternative dispute resolution, as much of her practice consists of negotiations and mediations. Ms. Stuart attended the Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institution for Dispute Resolution and the National Conflict Resolution Center for mediation training. Ms. Stuart obtained a Mediator Credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center.

Ms. Stuart’s educational background also includes attendance at Hofstra University School of Law in Nice, France where she studied Comparative Constitutional Law under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ms. Stuart was awarded: an LSAT scholarship; National Dean’s List Honor Roll; Witkin Award for Academic Excellence; CALI Excellence for the Future Award; the Jefferson Medal; and graduated with Pro Bono Honors. Ms. Stuart received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento. She graduated from CSUS with Department Honors and was a member of the Epsilon Phi, Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta: Communication Honor Society.
