Sad that I made a poor decision to drive when I felt I was OK to do so. If you value your career and the possible outcome after the shame and embarrassing situation you need the best in representation. I did my due diligence and “interviewed two other pseudo top dui attorneys”. I did the in person ...meet and greet and felt the persons I met with were the sort of people who only wanted a pay day and I was a “case”. I arrived at Joshua’s office. Nervous at first to discuss the details but within five minutes I knew I had met the person to best represent me. Let me very clear, Joshua and Amanda are a force to be reckoned with. I was given, from the beginning, a very clear and concise plan of attack of my defense. The phone calls and in person details of my case were handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot express how much this team did for me. This was my first and will be my only dealings with a DUI. Joshua fought for my rights...he appeared multiple times in the process and with his guidance we decided to move forward and challenge the process of my blood work and with expert testimony...the criminal portion was dismissed....read that again...he brought an expert in front of the judge and was articulate and aggressive in the best possible way. He focused on my constitutional rights and proved in a court of law that I deserved my rights. I sat in the courtroom (for the first time in my life) with Joshua on my right side. He is a force to be reckoned with and I have already made mention to colleagues that should you need a power house in your corner this is the team. It’s not an easy thing to through with, getting arrested, going to jail for a night, waking up and going home and suffering the main and anguish you have made a stupid mistake. I only know that EVERY dollar I spent on my defense was worth it. There are no promises, however if I ever had to refer anyone on the legalities and having clear, concise and confidence on how to handle this..I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend his services. You will not get better representation but more importantly you will be treated with the utmost compassion and concern. I won my criminal component and we are awaiting a successful outcome with the DMV

Let me start off by saying DUI had to be the most horrific experience I ever had. I never been arrested and never been in trouble with the law in the past. This experience was definitely eye opening and life changing. Last year I was arrested at the border coming back from wine country in Mexico. It ...was late and tired from the drive and hadn’t had a drink for a couple hours so I figured I was ok to drive. I get to the border and after interaction with the customs officer I was escorted to secondary. I didn’t realize at the time I was being arrested for suspicion of DUI. They order me out of the car and I fail all field sobriety tests. Taken to CHP offices and blow a .14 and a .13. I am arrested and booked. After the shock and after spending the night in jail I return home knowing I have to get an attorney. Unfortunately, for me my job requires a clean driving record and I am in jeopardy of losing my career. I do some research and start looking for attorneys. I came across Josh Price and I can’t begin to tell you how grateful and fortunate I was to pick Josh for my case. I had talked to friends in the past and knew I was fighting an uphill battle. First offense with that high BAC level mandatory suspension of DL, fines, insurance rates etc. but more importantly I lose my job. I had no choice but to try and save my career fight the charges and go to trial. Let me say that Josh knows his law. From picking a jury to bringing in special witnesses and most importantly knowing all the the rights of a defendant and laws of DUI. We didn’t get the most cooperative Judge, we also had the cards stacked against us because of my high BAC. I have to say none of that mattered, Josh was a bulldog in court, he fought for me and gave me a chance and was all I was asking for considering the circumstances and the reality of my .14 BAC. He walked me through the whole process worked with me when I needed guidance and was always available to me. Mr. Price never gave me false hope and was painfully honest with me. He said it will be a fight. He came to court everyday prepared and started chipping away at the prosecutors case. He was very personable and the jury understood him and our case. Forward to judgement day, the jury comes back and finds me not guilty of all charges!! I can’t say enough about Josh and his commitment to my case and his expertise is second to none. Obviously everyone’s DUI is going to have different circumstances but know that this man is going to give you his all and your best shot at it beating your DUI. I now have my license back kept my job and will be endlessly grateful to this man. Thank you Josh!!

I was arrested for driving under the influence in January of 2018. The first thing I did when I was released from jail was get on the web and look up reviews for San Diego’s best DUI attorneys. Josh’s reviews were terrific. I heard nothing but good things about the whole process of working with josh ...from yelp and other review websites. I called him immediately and he had me come down to his office that day! He explained to me honestly what he thought about my case and the possibilities he saw in the outcome. Once I decided to hire him the process started. The DA was not willing to offer any sort of plea bargain. So nearly 6 months later josh made sure it was 100% my choice and we went to trail. Josh was amazing and the experts he hired were extremely intelligent and forthcoming about the fact that just because my blood alc was reported .11 didn’t mean it actually was. The portable breathalyzer had been taken out of service a week before because of innacurate readings. The trail was nerve racking but Josh was with me the whole way through. We ended up with a hung jury 10-2. This was great news! At the next hearing josh was able to get a plea bargain for a wet and reckless! With .11 blood BAC this is almost unheard of. I still have to do the alcohol program but so far I’m still driving. I would highly recommend Joshua Price as your DUI Attorney. He is extremely competent and professional. Thanks Josh!

Thank God, for your Love & Mercy! And thank you, Mr. Price, because I witnessed how hard you fought in my case. Mr. Price will not give you false promises; he is courteous and respectful but clear and direct. After visiting three or four of the most "popular/renowned" attorneys in the area, ...I met Mr. Price at his office; he was very kind and explained in detail the charges against me, as well as the possible consequences. He never promised anything, other than his commitment to fight for the best of my benefit and he accomplished his words. Mr. Price is worth every penny! Below some facts of the case: charged with a first DUI offense with .16% blood alcohol level and .14/.15% Portable Breath Test results. After many court appearances, we decided to "file a motion to suppress evidence" to try to get the blood evidence suppressed. Mr. Price was able to win the motion and the Judge agreed that the seizure of the blood was in violation of the 4th Amendment and she suppressed the results which ended up in a dismissal of the Blood evidence charge! Unfortunately, I still had the charge of the Portable Breath Test, but Mr. Price let me know that our position to win within a "Jury trial" had improved considerably. At the end of the day he let me choose between going to a jury trial to get the whole case dismissed or fighting for a wet and reckless "wet reckless" to which I decided to fight for the wet reckless. Believe me it wasn't easy. Initially the WET was not granted but Mr. Price used all his resources and in a second instance and appearance in court, he finally could achieve the WET, which was a great outcome for me! I am sure if we had gone to trial we would have won it thanks to God and the good work, courage and reputation of Attorney Price, but after several months of waiting throughout the process I believe I took the best decision. I also want to thank his assistance Amanda who always kept me informed and answered all my questions to this day. In February 2018, I was arrested for driving under the influence and a blood test came back positive for cannabis. My criminal history isn’t too great – I’m a “super striker” and had a recent felony conviction that I’d gotten probation. Looking at my history, no DA was going to cut me any slack and... the super striker status means any jail time gets automatically doubled. I was referred to Joshua Price by another attorney who didn’t want my case and said he was the best. I wanted him to delay the case as long as possible and he was very successful – trial was originally scheduled for August 2018 and it was postponed until April 2019. Not great for him because he made numerous trips to the Vista courthouse but great for me because I didn’t attend anything other than the Preliminary hearing. I was given both a breathalyzer and a blood test and he filed a Motion to Suppress the blood test and won! That meant we no longer had to deal the cannabis and only had to fight the DUI. At the preliminary hearing, he managed to get the cop to say “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember” multiple times and was clearly respected – even congratulated on his performance by another attorney. The final result? A TOTAL DISMISSAL OF CHARGES. To say I was shocked with the outcome is an understatement. Because of my history, some of the other attorneys I originally contacted wanted more for a retainer than a DUI would have cost. While not cheap, Mr. Price was worth every penny and he earned it. He put a lot of hours and thought into my case. Also, because this is all he does, he’s truly an expert and that was clear in all our actions. He just knows more about this area of law than anyone else in the room. Throughout the process, he was respectful, responsive, and always kept me informed.
