I wa...s charged with a first offense DUI where you blew a .08/.08 Breath and had a .08 blood test; Mr. Price was able to get the DUI charges completely dismissed and got a plea deal to a non-DUI offense with minimal fines and only a 12 hour class instead of a 36 hour class! Mr. Price won my DMV hearing so I did not have to face any license suspension or get an SR-22 for 3 years! Mr. Price had found 2 ways to win my DMV hearing: one where I would have to spend about $800 on witnesses and another where I had to spend no money and that is the way we won! It was like a game of chess with the DMV, but Mr. Price navigated the system like a pro and WON! I have to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Price for all the care and concern he showed me, and for working tirelessly to ensure that the law worked in our favor. If it weren't for his analytical skills and knowledge, the matter would have gone the other way. I will never forget what he's done to make sure I was given a fair shake! Mr. Joshua J. Price has a high level of integrity. He was always honest with me, keeping me informed of the progress of my DUI case and the likely outcome of the proceedings. This case was challenging but he was determined to WIN. Mr. Price did his research -- not only legal research to find prec...edents and other cases with a bearing on his, but also circumstances that the police may have not done by the book. I had been drinking and totaled my car. I was arrested and taken to jail. I knew of Mr. Price so I gave him a call. He answered the call right away. He was always easy to get ahold of. When I gave him my statement, he really listened. He believed my side of the story and because of that, he took this case on with full force. He found discrepancies in the police report, the police statements and discovered questionable procedures that they did not follow in the testing of my blood for the alcohol level. I was charged with a DUI with a BAC of .19 and Mr. Price was able to get my blood results suppressed. Furthermore, Mr. Price was able to win my DMV hearing on a .01% action. I had my license back in 90 days. There was a plea bargain for my sentence, but Mr. Price felt he could win it all. The overwhelming number of legal cases are settled out of court but we wanted to proceed onward. We did. And we were successful…. In our court hearing, it was like we were in a TV show. He was so professional with quotable documents lined up on our table to rebuttal anything thrown at him. Court came to order and Mr. Price began. It was the best thing I have ever witnessed. I have learned so much from Mr. Price. Among other things, not to get into a mess like this again. He cared about me and my well-being. I hired him as a substitute lawyer since my previous couldn't get me wet and reckless. Due to this DUI , I lost my job and turned down by several job opportunities. Frustration to bear was too much. He was specific and honest. Provided me every options that I could work on with my case. There had be...en ups and downs but he had never let my case go banished. I got my first dui back in September 2016. My BAC was 0.09 and 0.10. I researched many dui lawyers and met with a few too. Josh had the best reviews and i got the best vibe off him. I retained him and it was the best decision I could have made, well worth it. He fights hard for you and very knowledge...able and experienced. I watched him first hand represent me in 2 DMV hearings (I had 3 total!) and he was awesome. If I didn't have a hard working attorney like him fighting for me, the outcome would have been different. Josh was very persistent and able to get me a wet and reckless through the court and was able to appeal and overturn my DMV hearing! I received my 2nd DUI in November. I was facing a 2nd DUI, violation of probation and child endangerment. I looked for so many lawyers and I was fortunate to choose Joshua Price. He is PRICELESS!! One thing I would like to say about him is that he was there in every step I needed him. I was a nervo...us wreck and I was emotional all the time, but he was very helpful and explained to me everything in details so I could understand everything. He would have all the scenarios there for me and he would walk me through each one. His legal assistant Amanda is wonderful, too. No matter how trivial my questions are, they would be there and I would count on them to help me in every way. My brother was also calling Price's office and he was also receiving his calls and answering all our concerns. He is very clear and direct. He would never sugar coat anything, and in his own words, "we will always be hoping for the best and preparing for the worst." In my case, I think I got an excellent deal. My arraignment was elevated to a felony, and I was facing the possibility of being put to custody that day. Price was very informative and helped guide me to different ways I can prove to the judge that I am genuinely a good person and that I really regret what I have committed. When the judge saw how proactive I have been, he did not send me to jail, which for me was a really big relief. Mr. Price suggested we take the case a bit longer and decided not to speed up the process so the court will see how much improvement I was making. The judge in the first hearing gave us a good deal and two months after that when the final hearing approached and with all the preparation Joshua had done, we were able to get out with a misdemeanor!! No jail time, no formal probation, no court ordered IID ! I was so relieved and happy. I didn't win my DMV hearing, but the odds were stacked against me and I have no doubt that Joshua gave it a 110% effort, but that's okay. I really encourage anyone in any legal position that is struggling to find a lawyer to not think twice when you come across Mr. Price. He is worth every penny and he gives his heart and soul to his clients. He is there when I needed him and his office responds to any of my questions in a timely manner. He is informative and patient and very knowledgeable. I am the kind of person that is hard to please and is very demanding, but I knew I was in good hand with Mr. Price's office...Thank you Joshua from the bottom of my heart!! I owe you big time!! No matter how much I write in this review, I don't think it does him justice. He was simply just GREAT!
